Ariel Khadr

Ariel Khadr has been a sponsored athlete and IFBB Fitness Pro model since 2007. After quitting her gymnastics career, she began to compete in fitness competitions when she was 16 years old. She was just 17 when she received her Pro Card. Ariel Khadr has been a sponsored athlete for IFBB Fitness Pro and is a model. She started competing in fitness contests at the age of 16, following the end of her childhood gymnastics career. Within a year she earned her Pro Card at age 17. She was an IFBB Pro at the age of 17. She was also one of the most youthful IFBB Pro ever. Ariel had a break of six years from her career after she earned her professional license to continue her education. In 2015 she re-entered the stage and competed in top-quality contests such as Mr. Olympia and Toronto Pro Supershow. After winning her first competition, she competed several more years setting new goals. In 2009, she had been awarded four fitness awards. Additionally, her year 2009 NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals Champions made her the youngest IFBB Fitness Pros ever. Ariel had a long break following her professional card's issuance so that she could earn her college degree. In the month of October, 2015 she returned with her IFBB Fitness Pro Debut in the 2015 Phoenix Europa Games. The team finished third in the event. In summer 2016, she was the winner of the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow and in the process, qualified for Fitness Olympia. In three months she competed onstage at the Olympia in which she won 6th place for the Fitness Division. Ariel admitted that she did not have any expectations before and was very proud of the result. This is not a surprise since Ariel was able to place well, considering that she competed against top of the line athletes. Ariel continues to improve each year. Ariel prefers to concentrate upon her lower back. It is where she usually performs bent-over rows, single-arm lats pull-downs (on machines) or pull-ups as well as seated rowing. Ariel will warm-up prior to working on the sets. Ariel is extremely efficient with her time. Ariel accomplishes this by creating all of the back exercises she does, doing three or four supersets of 10-12 repetitions. It is recommended to do this sort of exercise twice a week. One day would be lightweight day, as well as the second heavy weight day.
